Rickey is a experienced and knowledgeable technician that performed a routine HVAC service checks to make sure the unit is operational for the winter. He is friendly and answered any of my questions. Explained in detail on what he is looking for and how the system is performing and what improvements can be made.

From the very beginning Richard was very polite and professional. During his inspection he let us know what he was doing and asked us did we have any questions and he answered them. During Richard's inspection he was able to tell us why my brand new dryer was not coming on. He figured out what the problem was, closed out his inspection, and fixed it. He was very thorough in everything he did. I haven't been able to use my dryer since we first bought it and that was nine years ago. So thank you so very much Richard!!! He definitely will be my go to electrician.

Harris Plumbing and heating saved the day. I woke up on Sunday morning made coffee and discovered brown stinky gunk shooting from my shower floor. I called Harris and Alex showed up within two hours. He was pleasant and assured me he could fix what seemed to me to be a huge problem. Alex was fast efficient and left my home with no mess in my bathroom or basement to worry about. I personally was blown away by his skill and his attitude. I for some reason didn’t think plumbers were so chill.
I would recommend Harris to anyone who needs quality professional service. And ask for Alex he made us permanent Harris customers for life.

I highly recommend Harris!!! I needed 2 electrical outlets on my porch desperatly and Harris worked w me to get axeeadonable ptice and sent Scott Childs to do the work! I cannot rave about him!! Hes is extremly professional and kind. I have a hard time bending due to back surgery and he took the time to put the outlets in a place that was best suited for me!!! Our installer was Johnny. He did an excellent job working late on Saturday, Labor Day weekend so our old water heater didn't flood the room where my husband's hospital bed was in. Thank you so much.

Sam came out to my house on Saturday, quickly figured out the problem and gave us a couple of solutions to fix it. He explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient. Sam was very easy to work with. I recommend Harris (and Sam) for any problems.

We need to say that Montrell from Harris Heating Air Electric was a lifesaver. Along with his assistant Vincent, they solved a toilet mystery and corrected a tankless water system. The hot water returned! I will use Harris again.

I want to thank Brandon McCracken and his helper for excellent thorough service. His evaluation was excellent and he was able to explain the complexity in terms we could understand. Due to the complexity, the price for the initial installation of a garbage disposal was much higher than anticipated. Brandon took pictures, proposed alternatives and worked with his supervisor to get the price down. He then proceeded to complete the work both in and under the house. Finally they cleaned up and left the kitchen better than they started.

Nasir was great- extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing and what he recommends going forward!

Michael Celli provided me with excellent service today on my Air Conditioning system. He was very thorough and took time to educate me on everything he was doing throughout the visit which was greatly appreciated. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and stuck with remediating the issue at hand (air conditioner not working properly). He was able to identify the problem and made the repair accordingly in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Harris services to home owners in order for them to have a piece of mind with their heating/cooling systems... Noting here, my preferred technician will be Michael Celli. So today, I had the pleasure of having Greg Smith out. He is an electrician with Harris Services and I had spoken with him yesterday to outline all the jobs I want done in my home electrically speaking and there were quite a few so he took a partial payment yesterday and I paid the rest today after the services were done so far I am very pleased with everything he did. I will try to attach photos as well, but he changed out three electrical outlets so that they would be properly grounded he installed two updated vents for the restrooms and he noticed and advised to change out the old smoke detectors, which only had smoke detecting ability. They did not have the carbon monoxide detecting Ability so he put in four new ones and I got all that done in one day. I’m very pleased. Also, he was very respectful and polite and we enjoyed having him in our home.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙂
And then today, August 23, 2026, we had Dawson out and he installed a Vanity Light, he did a great job, and even righted a wrong or two by dimming a can light that was too bright and leveling a see-saw of an outlet. THANK YOU, Dawson, YOU WERE AWESOME!!! I will be calling on Harris for all things going forward. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sam Dahms was my electrician and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, checked for additional issues and fixed it. I cannot say enough good things about this company, but especially Sam. Scott Stinsman was sent out after I called Harris about lightning striking my house and frying some devices. He throughly went through the house and checked for issues. He found some issues based on the age of the house and found out where and how the lightning caused damage. Helped out with all my concerns and explained everything in detail. Give the man a raise he earned it. Fixed all the problems I had.

This company works quickly, professionally, and efficiently. They have excellent specialists, especially Jaylen Edwards, who completed the task with high quality and great attention to detail. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I want to give a big shout out to Jaylen Edwards for his professionalism and hard work! I called Harris Plumbing to replace a leaky hose bibb, and as always I was put on the schedule immediately. Jaylen was my assigned tech and from start to finish, he performed the job with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Plus, I learned that he took on the job even though he was off the clock; what a team player!

If you ever need plumbing done, I highly recommend Jaylen! You won't be disappointed.

Josh arrived on time, put booties without being asked, was pleasant and focused and got right to work doing checks ups on my furnaces. He installed the filters and UV lights and checked the units indoors and out. He replaced some parts and added some new ones for drainage. He was very skilled and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better service person!

Jeff M. was the technician that was sent out to my home to troubleshoot my AC which was struggling to cool down my home on a 100 degree day. Jeff was a great help explaining my issues with the unit and pointing me in the right direction for my next option.

Charlie and Flint were excellent. Diagnosed the issue, had recommendations, were clean and professional. They had the unit cleaned and back up and running quickly. It was 96 that morning and they were out there as it got hotter. I kept brining them water cause they kept going, kudos! You want these guys on your side.

Jason the plumber was great. Helped us out when we had several emergencies. He’s a great honest plumber and I would have him back anytime I need work.

Nick Velenti and Joe recently installed a new HVAC system for us. In addition to the install Nick took time to interact with us. He reviewed equipment use details and answered all questions. We appreciated that he checked the system operation prior to his departure. Complete, excellent service was provided and all was done in a friendly, professional manner. Mr. Guzman and his team did a excellent installation job. They worked from (8am till 11:00Pm to get the installation complete. There was a couple of warranty issues that required a return visit but the company was very responsive. Great customer service Harris keep up the good work.

Kyle did an outstanding job replacing old copper tubing, old valves, and outside spigot. See attached before and after pictures from under the sink. Additionally there is a picture of the outside spigot. Highly recommend his work.

Throughout a complete replacement of heater and air conditioning unit at my home I was very happy with the whole process. Daimon Jones kept the three-man team organized, efficient and working to their capacity. He oversaw each step and worked everywhere. Daimon is a great asset to the Harris organization

Scott was very prompt and had these little shoe covers that we didn't even tell him about. He was informative. Knowledgeable, and, when I showed him this very confusing home inspection list, he quickly put our mind at ease with how each item interconnected to the fuse.

Over the pone I was quoted an estimated cost of $92.00 to unclog my toilet (apparently the scrub part of the toilet cleaner scrub brush I used when trying to clean my toilet bowl came loose and clogged my toilet) and I was also in need of a flush valve replacement ($10 parts and with plumbing services estimated at $100 for parts and service), so thinking the cost should have been $200 for the full service, which I know I could have gotten cheaper but was just glad to pay for the convenience, but the wonderfully congenial Harris plumber Dante and his apprentice assessed and told me that after a $100 discount if I agreed to both services, the price was $500.00. I paid. But wondering how unclogging a toilet (quoted price of $92.00) and flapper valve ($10 materials with service $100) turned into a few of $500 (after $100 discount applied)🤔

Had the honors of working with Micah Goff for an plumbing issue i had with my kitchen sink. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the issue i having. We called Harris Plumbing after noon today for a leaking toilet. Service provider Montrell Busbee appeared within four hours. Leak fixed and cleanup completed within half an hour. Montrell was wonderful. If the other service providers are half as good as him it's hard to imagine calling anyone else.

I bought a mobile home and found damage under the flooring due to leaking plumbing. Harris Plumbing sent Kyle out to take a look and he immediately noted the faulty poly B piping that was part of a class action lawsuit years ago, requiring repiping throughout the home. He also sent me pictures and video of all the damage done to the insulation below for my insurance company to look at. He offered Harris’ yearly home maintenance program to save me money on the service as well as any future services needed, and the plan also gives me peace of mind by inspecting my HVAC and furnace twice a year. Kyle was available for follow up questions and was able to answer them. I have a feeling I will only use their services from now on!

Having to call for service after having a scheduled maintenance a few weeks prior can be scary and you can only think what’s this going to cost me now. Our water heater went out unexpectedly at night, so we urgently needed a replacement the next day. After we called Harris Plumbing, they sent Johnny Bell out to our house within an hour of the initial call to look at what we needed and to provide us a quote for the replacement. Johnny worked to not only price match the lowest quote we had received so far, but as he promised, his quote beat it. Once we gave Johnny the go-ahead, he immediately went out to pick up the replacement (even after the supplier had already closed for the day), came back with the replacement unit and another Harris plumber to assist with the job, and within an hour and half, the new water heater was in, old one was out and loaded in the work van, and they left the work site cleaner than it was before. All of that was within four hours from the initial call to Harris, to having hot water back on in the house. Needless to say, I highly recommend Harris, and thankful for Johnny Bell and his fellow Harris plumber who were both professional, respectful of the property, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the price I paid at the end was exactly what was quoted, even though the job ran far past business hours and required two plumbers to get the big old tank out. There are a number of good, reputable plumbing and HVAC companies in northern Delaware like Harris, but Harris may just beat them all on pricing, all for the same level of great service and workmanship as their competitors. Ask for Johnny Bell.

I had a plpe leak that caused me to shut off the water main to my house, this happened about 3 pm. I went online to look for a plumber, called a few plumbing companys the all said that they would not be available until the following day. But Harris plumbing and heating there to the rescue and I about 2 hours they had my leak fixed and water back on in my house. The technician Q. Richmond was professional and he cleaned up when he was finished. I was very pleased.

When we discovered that we had no hot water we weren't sure who to call. There are so many places to choose from but I chose Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric and I am SO glad I did. When I called they had someone out here within 30 minutes! Montrell Busbee was awesome! Respectful of our home, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Montrell and his partner Vince went straight to work. Montrell assessed the situation and informed us that our 15 year old water heater needed to be replaced and explained why. He went over all our options and Montrell was very helpful in helping us pick out what we needed. He immediately went to pick up a new water heater to install. When he returned, he told us they would be removing the old one and installing the new one THAT DAY! Montrell wanted to make sure we had hot water that day and for showers the next day. They worked efficiently and had the new water heater installed in a few hours. We were very impressed not only by Montrell's knowledge of plumbing, we were impressed by his professionalism. He also installed a leak detection system that will shut off the water to the tank if there is a leak which a relief to us. Our brand new water heater is now sitting on a drain pan and he did a safety evaluation to make sure everything was up to code. Montrell Busbee was a lifesaver! As always, I chose Harris for my plumbing needs. When Brandon M. showed up, he immediately assessed the situation, noticed that in fact it wasn't a problem with the garbage disposal itself at all but an electric problem. The company then sent out Danny S. who diagnosed the problem within about 2 minutes, walked me through options, and quickly and efficiently handled the repair. They ended up saving me quite a bit of $$ given we no longer had to replace the entire garbage disposal. I will continue to choose Harris for anything Plumbing/Electric - they always send knowledgeable and friendly folks!
