Had Harris out to do an assessment on my heater and the technician Chris found a dangerous situation with my heater exchanger that could have slowly put carbon monoxide into my house. I’m grateful that Lee was able to come to the house right away and provide me selections and options. I was able to get a new HVAC system the next day and my family can safely sleep in our home. Everyone from Mathew and Chris M to Lee and the install guys, Louis, Mike and Jhar were amazing and genuinely great people I would have in my home any time.

The technician first of all was polite, he put his booties on. And I appreciate that because I have hardwood floors original. The technician looked at the situation was able to fix the issue and showed me what can be another possible problem if not addressed.

Dante was awesome! Part detective and part magician, and all-around terrific plumber. Thanks for fixing what could have been a nightmare.

Our HVAC service technician was initially dispatched to perform heating system preventative maintenance. He did a thorough job of identifying potential issues. He found two major problems which required immediate attention.Provided us with multiple opens for resolution. He performed the remediation efficiently and got it right the first time. Very satisfied.

Jesse is the most truthful electrician I have ever met. He knows his job with no gimmicks! I will recommend him to anyone except my enemies-lol, because I want them to suffer 🙂

Harris is my definite go to for heating and plumbing. With all the new technology incorporated into new heating systems, it’s difficult to find reputable techs who can maintain and fix your expensive equipment.

But I have no worries. Harris’ customer service and my A1 technician Drew are more than capable of servicing and keeping my mini splits (heat & cooling) in shape to last. I searched my first 2 years in new house to maintain the system. No one in the South Jersey had the technical skills to appropriately provide A1 service. Thank you again Drew!!!!!

Chris Huston from Harris did a first rate job installing an EV connection in my garage and replacing my electric box. He was here for 13 hrs completing everything, until 10 pm. He also located and repaired wiring for a backyard floodlight that had a very elusive problem that no one else could find. I highly recommend him.

The Harris techs were awesome. They arrived as scheduled and spent all day installing a new heating system and a new AC unit.

They made sure everything was working as expected before they left and ensured that we were aware of what we needed to know about the new systems.

Their work was meticulous and I highly recommend their services.

Anthony Bellone of Harris HVAC performed a clean out of two bathroom sink drains and two bathroom tub drains. Originally I had asked for a main line clean out. When Anthony arrived his diagnosis of what my problems were did not include having to do an entire clean out of the main drainage line to the public sewer connection. He performed the four clean outs and removed the lot of Gunk and hair that had accumulated. When he was done with this all of the drains were draining in a spectacular fashion. He even provided some adjustments to the stopper plunger on the sinks to make sure that the plungers are opening enough to provide proper drainage. We were very pleased with the results and thank Anthony for the good work.

My current company that I pay a membership fee told me they couldn’t come out for 2 day. Nasir came from Harris within hours and the bathroom is back up and running. I’ll probably be canceling my membership with the soon to be old company and switching over to Harris soon.

Daniel arrived within the promised time frame window. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue, professionally explain it in detail before any work was completed and made sure the work was done properly.

Thank you Nick Madron for your excellent service the other day. Nick came to check on a clogged toilet in our second floor bathroom. His calm and kind demeanor was especially helpful during what could be a stressful event. He unclogged the toilet and checked other areas in the bathroom that could be contributing. He checked and rechecked the toilet several times before leaving to make sure it worked and explained what could be happening. He was truly wonderful to work with and I would recommend Nick to anyone needing plumbing. Thank you!

Scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. The technician, Christopher Milan was very professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and advised of needed repairs and different options. I agreed to proceed with the replacement of the ignitor.
The part was ordered and available the next day. When I called to schedule the replacement Christopher was available that same day. Harris is a very dependable company for your HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Christopher and his crew were great! They informed me about what they were going to do then went over everything after it was completed. At first I had a problem getting an itemized receipt that would be accepted by my insurance company. Thankfully the right person got my message and provided the information that my insurance company needed to process the claim. I really appreciate the customer service attempts to provide the documentation for me. I would definitely recommend.

Montrell Busbee of Harris plumbing performed an excellent repair of my faucet. Prior to the repair he went through all the options for the repair and explained each item completely. They did minimal damage to my superstructure and maintained a clean work space. I would have Montrell do any future work that may occur.

Luis and his coworkers came to my house and did a full HVAC replacement and did an excellent job. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did great work and I’m really happy with everything.

I had my electrical panel replaced, & Aidan was the electrician, along with his partner, who completed the job. They were here right on time, & completed the job in about half the expected time period. Aidan was great, explained everything clearly & did as good a job as I could have ever hoped for. The plumbing crew was amazing. They diagnosed the issues with our whole house water filter system. Gave us different options on how to resolve. Did not pressure us into replacing it or upgrading system. Reasonable fee for work we agreed to have done. Work was completed promptly and I can’t even tell they did the repairs. We recently had an electrical inspection and our technician Aidan brought to our attention that we could probably use a new panel. We chose to move forward with it, but had a problem with financing so we left things on hold. Less than a half hour later Aidan returned after making a couple calls and getting us our financing. We now have our new panel and are very greatful to Aidan for going out of his way to help us.

Let me start by saying that Niles is very knowledgeable in his trade and extremely thorough in ensuring that the work is done properly and to local code. He was great at communicating what he was doing and explained things needed to be done a certain way. He has made us a return customer and we look forward to working with him one future home projects.

The service guy called me when he was on his way with his proper arrival time he was on time. He also made me very aware on what the charges could be based on the problem, very professional. Juan arrived within the arranged time window. He assessed my problems and gave me an estimate before completing work. After the estimate he went out to purchase the materials needed for my repairs. He completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. He was professional and very friendly. This is my 2nd time using Harris for electrical services and they have become my go to.

Marvin installed 7 hardwired First Alert smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. This is the third time Marvin has provided service. He is thorough, highly skilled, personable, takes care to protect the home as he works. I use Harris for electric work because of Marvin. I ask for him by name.

Dan was very professional and diligent. He installed our tankless water heater which entailed relocating the unit and extending water, gas and exhaust lines. The work required him to work all day in the garage and attic on one of the hottest days of the year. We really appreciated his stamina with enduring those conditions. He is a true professional.

We also had Malcolm inspect our furnace. He was very thorough and honest. He even spent time helping us set up our ecobee device which was very much appreciated.

Eddie got here around 10am for a simple kitchen sink sprayer installation. After checking the system, he found a couple of frozen cutoff valves, and also evidence of leakage down a copper pipe which had dripped on top a gas line and rusted the gas pipe alarmingly. He spent the whole day repairing the problem, running out twice for supplies. He did the job professionally and efficiently, keeping me fully informed along the way. And yeah, Eddie deserves a raise.

What started to be just a simple fix for clogged toilet ended up being 4 hours job and ends with replacing the whole toilet bowl with a new one! Overall was a great job done by Nasir Jones of Harris Plumbing, Air and electric. Will recommend Nasir with any Plumbing job.

Harris technician Tony DiNuova here in South Jersey did an excellent and efficient job from ~9 am to 5 pm replacing our 25 year old water heater that had failed and flooded our basement with a new modern one. Tony called in another company to help us both to suction out and mop the flooded floor so he could then work to replace the water heater, which he did neatly and completely. Kudos to Tony for a timely job well done!

Superb job in putting up the sconces and have a bathroom. There was a fit issue and Dawson was able to make the correct correction on the spot and install them perfectly. The team was also very friendly and courteous. And their price was extremely reasonable compared to other electrical companies that give me estimates. I had a good experience with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical in general and with Daniel specifically.
He flushed my water heater and installed new parts. He did it all really quietly and in the time I was told it would take.
And he did it while working in the tight space that contains my water heater.

Technician arrived promptly. Roman did an excellent job of identifying and fixing the issue. Making sure I understood everything that was happening. I will definitely request him again for my future plumbing needs.

Very prompt & professional service - same day. The technician is fully with appropriate inventory loaded to diagnose and if approved fix it as well. Had water leak from my HVAC Unit - called in th3 morning, fixed by afternoon.

Daniel Velez who was my technician is a class act. We had good communication in regard to the repairs needed. He handled the issues regarding my shower in a timely manner. He is now my go to for plumbing projects. Harris Plumbing is lucky to have Daniel as an associate!

Matthew did a great job. He was the third plumber that came in and properly assessed the situation, didn’t over charge.
He charged a quarter of what two other competitor plumbers tried to charge. He worked diligently and quickly and cleanly. I recommend Matthew with Harris to anyone looking for a plumber in South Jersey.

Sean from Harris heating and plumbing was one of the best team player that came to my house to do some service work. He was kind, understanding and patient with my mom. FYI, my mom‘s a little hard of hearing and doesn’t speak English that well, but he was so nice to her and explain things to her and myself. I wish all the companies had an employee like Sean.

The technician, Vincent Petruzzi, did a great job of explaining my options and completing the repair for a wall switch that was broken. He diagnosed that the cause was a bad GFI and recommended replacing several older GFIs. He was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Robert was very helpful in explaining why all the work needed to be done and perform a general checkup on the whole house electrical system

My husband and I called so many companies to help us with our water heater and alot were expensive or they just didn't show up. I called Harris and not only was the lady who picked up nice and knowledgeable but she sent me texts so we would be communicating and on the same page with appointment. Brandon came the next day early as the appointment stated and he was very detailed oriented and I couldn't believe I had options for what I needed and the price was good. Brandon told me it would be done today and it was done today, my hubby and I were just grateful. Start to finish Brandon was efficient and kept me informed as well cleaned up and took my old water heater. Answered any questions I may have. Darren came and cleared my drain on the same day that I called for service. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly!

Chris Barrile arrived on time and evaluated my request to install a wire and transformer for my new ADT doorbell.
He made sure he chose the correct area to run the wire from the basement.
He must be a good electrician! He knew what to do.
He was courteous and very efficient!

If needed, we would like to choose him again to serve our electric needs in the future.
