Dylan and Chris came out to check why we had no power to the garage. They spent a lot of time going over everything. They finally found the problem. They had to come back because the problem was underground. They spent all day digging a trench and laying new wire for our garage. They came across some interesting problems along the way but they fixed everything. We couldn't have asked for 2 better men to take care of us. Frank Haas and his assistant did a great job doing a faucet and trap replacement for the tub in my bathroom. Gave me a definite idea of what was wrong and did the replacements competently and left the area where they worked clean.

I was quite satisfied with meeting with Josh, yesterday. While I didn't care for the price, I had to expect things would be that high of a cost. Still, Josh's professional conduct while he was inspecting my tank made it that much easier to say, "yes," and go ahead with the installation request. I am not concerned, at this point, about the job itself. The heater installation, earlier this year was very nicely done and the unit is working great.

William Glade did an exceptional job. Initially he was doing a furnace cleaning. He updated me every step of the procedure as they were completed. He determined that there was a leak in the gas line coupling. He successfully repaired the leak despite several challenges. Our home is safe thanks to Williams's efforts

Rickey and Grace were the techs who serviced my heater today. They were wonderful. The job was thorough, they explained everything clearly, and showed me how to use the humidifier. They even picked up on a couple of issues that I was happy to address. I'm very pleased with their excellent service.

Dawson Guzik spent the entire day ( 8/20) replacing well over 50 plug outlets at our home in Narberth. His work was impeccable,
always showing both my wife and I where problems were and what to watch in the future. When he finally left, his work area was as clean as it was when he first began the job in or home.

When we needed a major plumbing issue fixed last month our tech Malik recommended a AAV install. We trust Malik so if he recommends something we are all in. Malik communicates well, does great work and is a very nice young man.

Quinton and Ray did a great job installing lights and a switch for a garbage disposal. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were clean with covering their shoes and took all the trash with them. We will definitely ask for them to come the next time we need services!!

Niles came out to check a problem with our kitchen sink. We needed the pipes replaced under our sink. Niles explained everything he was doing with the sink and inspected everything else. Niles did excellent work and I would recommend him highly for any plumbing problem. Thank you Niles and Harris.

Malik came to help with some water in my basement. He not only did that but fixed my dishwasher. His service wasn’t great it was exceptional. He was professional and listened to my concerns and was able to help with everything and educate this new homeowner on plumbing. His wonderful customer service is why I will not only be using Harris Plumbing but recommending the company and Malik to family and friends.

Harris was wonderful. Thet showed up when they were supposed to and provided me with estimates to replace my HVAC system. They supplied notes and photographs depicting the surge which burned out my system which was instrumental in documenting my claim with my homeowner's insurance. After all of the inspections were completed and the insurance claim was paid, they returned to haul away the old equipment. I would definitely recommend Harris!

Chris Anderson from Harris Heating, Air, Plumbing was in my home to inspect my water heater safety tank and examine the banging in my pipes when using the washing machine. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained since my safety tank had not been changed in 12 years that it was shot. Chris showed me that there was water instead of air in the tank. Chris also explained that this was the cause of my banging pipes and what major damage the back up pressure may have/could have cause to my system. Chris also examined the units on my washer which were also damaged and needed to be replaced. Chris worked expertly and timely, explaining everything alone the way. Excellent teacher. Very patience, well mannered, a pleasure to have in my home. Chris is a 10/10 across the board.

Tyleek Smith was my technician, and he was excellent. He showed me photos of the inside of my heater, so I knew exactly what he was referring to. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt in good hands with him.

Warren Giza-Sisson was my electrical technician. He was very pleasant and efficient. He inspected my electrical panel and told me all the connections were tight. He, also, checked the outlets in my sunroom. I had questions about a mini- split for the sunroom and he called and got information I needed. I was very pleased by his visit. Anthony Bellone of Harris HVAC performed a clean out of two bathroom sink drains and two bathroom tub drains. Originally I had asked for a main line clean out. When Anthony arrived his diagnosis of what my problems were did not include having to do an entire clean out of the main drainage line to the public sewer connection. He performed the four clean outs and removed the lot of Gunk and hair that had accumulated. When he was done with this all of the drains were draining in a spectacular fashion. He even provided some adjustments to the stopper plunger on the sinks to make sure that the plungers are opening enough to provide proper drainage. We were very pleased with the results and thank Anthony for the good work.

Greg and Rico came out for a call. They were honest, knowledgeable, and obviously experienced.

As always, a wonderful experience with the team at Harris. They are communicative and pleasant. Our technician Jeff came out for a simple check up and caught a larger issue. He prioritized our case and resolved the issue next day. Jeff was so professional, patient, and had a wonderful attitude.

We had a slow draining toilet issue that had me baffled, even after spending all weekend snaking and scoping the DWV lines, checking the toilet trap, and attempting to adjust toilet mechanicals. Finally gave up and contacted Harris. The first technicians were thorough and extremely professional and recommended a referral to Harris’ waste line group. Within 5 minutes of his arrival Anthony was able to locate the problem, a clogged septic filter. Anthony, you’re a genius! Would highly recommend Harris and kudos, again, to Anthony!

Jason is so knowledgeable in the plumbing field. He removed a bathtub without destroying the entire area. So precise on cutting tile away from the walls & floor and leaving tile needed to be left in its place without damaging them. Removes all debris. Jason is an exceptional plumber.

Alex Roman was excellent. We had a clogged drain effecting our kitchen sink and shower with black debris oozing into our shower. Alex quickly cleared the clogged drain. He was polite and friendly and left the bathroom and our basement with little cleanup.

We had a Harris trifecta today. Scheduled HVAC maintenance (1)and electrical(2) and plumbing(3) inspections. What could go wrong?... Nothing! All did their jobs professionally, cleanly, and with care and friendliness. In fact, Patrick, the electrician, noticed a plumbing leak in the basement. He quickly informed the main office and when the plumbing inspector arrived, he was ready to not only check, but fix leaks at a corroding main shut off valve and into our hot water heater! Roman was very good at explaining, fetching the necessary parts and repairing. Quick and well done. Not to sound redundant, but William G, the HVAC technician not only tuned our 10 year old furnace up, he showed photos(all 3 did) to reaffirm his findings. Again, polite and professional! Kudos to Harris for hiring/training good pros!

IT'S NOW 3 WEEKS LATER and I requested to have Roman the plumber specifically to return to do a related job. Nailed it again. Very congenial and easy to work with. Had to coordinate with the township to have the water shut off from the outside. So Roman showing up on time and working quickly and efficiently was very much appreciated.

I needed to have the HVAC system checked out prior to summer and again contacted Harris. Dylan the service technician was outstanding. He arrived on time and explained the process he was going to follow. There was an issue with the system exhaust and repair options were fully disclosed along with cost of repair. When the service was completed, Dylan explained everything he did. I definitely recommend Harris.

Harris’s team replaced all of my water and sewer lines in my house. They were efficient, friendly, and proactive. I highly recommend this company for plumbing services.

Brett was very professional and went above and beyond to get our outside electrical line replaced and reconnected to the power company lines. A tractor trailer had pulled 2 power poles down in front of our house and ripped all of our electrical lines off of our house. Brett performed a quick good repair of the area affected and then installed a new line and other components. He worked well under pressure as the power company had completed their work and were watching and waiting for Brett to complete his work. He performed very well under this pressure and Harris should be very proud of him. Job Well Done!!!

Pascual came out the same day the hot water pump died. He called to let me know @ what time he would arrive and called when the job was completed. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He gave three estimates to chose from and completed the replacement the same day. Grateful for his expertise.
